We have developed a new tool allowing to drill over 45'000 holes of excellent quality in stainless steel 410. In order to achieve this result, Louis Belet’s R&D team completely revised the design of the tool. Drill material, geometrics, coating and cutting parameters were all optimized. This new stainless steel drill of the EXPERT series produces holes that are more precise, cleaner and present les burrs. Moreover, thanks to an integrated chip-breaker, chips will no longer roll around the clamping system or scratch the work piece.
